Since the Girls in Charge Initiative was first founded in 2018 we have had continued success and reached thousands of women who now have the confidence to lead the development of their professional and personal lives, becoming entrepreneurs and executives.
This page highlights some of our proudest successes, but of course our journey is just beginning and there are plenty more 'Girls in Charge' for us to meet!
Invited to the
house of Lords
Discussing the future of enterprise education.
Last summer our Year 9 Geographers worked with Girls in Charge to look at effective teamwork and communication skills. From the first time of meeting Maggie and the team you could see instantly the enthusiasm they were going to bring to the session and we were not disappointed. Through fun activities, our students really engaged over the Zoom sessions and developed a deeper knowledge during the class discussions. They really did gain a lot from their time with the Girls in Charge team and we would really recommend them for their creativity and ability to change it up.
