On 11 July 2020, we held our first (virtual) Young Women's Executive Roundtable event as we believe it is important to engage with and discuss issues affecting young women. The amazing participants spoke about their professional lives and ambitions in 2020.

Some interesting points included: 

• The issue of confidence and self-worth especially when it comes to asking for a raise or pricing yourself for a job.​

• Being excluded from the Boys' Club at work (this is a lot worse in male-dominated industries like finance and science).

• Having to be 'loud' with or without merit, in order to get noticed and promoted, which is bad for hardworking introverts of all genders.
