Taking place on Saturday, 20 February, the 2021 International EffectHer Summit seeks to explore the ‘role’ of role models. Current policies suggest that the lack of role models is a barrier to women’s professional development, but what do real women think?

As a delegate of the EffectHer Summit, you will take part in examining the question, sharing your views, and hearing about others’ experiences. The focus is on the experience and stories of real people. Your contributions will form the basis for the ‘EffectHer: Role Models’ report which will be shared with policymakers, practitioners, and researchers around the world. Of course, your personal data will be protected and anonymised.
