Programme

The Girls in Charge Initiative was founded in 2018 by women who wanted to make a change. It was built with the goal of equipping female students of all socio-economic backgrounds with entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial skills for career development.

Our Impact Programme does just that: focusing on various soft and hard skills required to be a CEO: confidence, leadership, communication and idea evaluation, all aimed at female students. Our workshops are held online via Zoom and participation is completely free!

There are several ways you can be involved, depending on whether you are an individual or part of a university society...
