meet the team

We have a very dedicated and diverse team at Girls in Charge, including a talented and experienced board of Non-Executive Directors.

You may notice faces on here change but that's simply because we have a hiring ethos of mutual benefit: we want to offer people the platform and opportunity to grow and develop whilst in turn, supporting our growth and further impacting more women. Our past team members have gone on to do fantastic things, from setting up their own businesses to working at some of the most influential companies in the world.

Check out our LinkedIn to see if we have any open positions to join our team.

Holly Wang

Founder & CEO, Miss Patina

Holly is an award winning designer and fashion entrepreneur. Her UK-based brand, Miss Patina, is known for its vintage-inspired womenswear with a modern twist in which every design tells a story. Its cat-inspired lines have become the brand’s signature design.

Holly started out in 2009 by selling her designs on a market stall and a year later, Miss Patina was stocked in Topshop. These days, Miss Patina is frequently featured in many fashion publications including Vogue, Grazia, and Cosmopolitan, and has been worn by fashion favourites, such as Taylor Swift, Sienna Miller, and Emilia Clarke.

Having started from scratch and learned everything along the way, Holly now wants to encourage and support the next generation of entrepreneurs by combining fashion with education.
