embrace your strengths

did you know women are less likely to self-promote
and rate their performance an average 33% lower
than their equally performing male colleagues?

Embracing your strengths not only helps you overcome self-doubt, it also shifts your mindset and allows you to realign your confidence. Individuals may already know where their strengths lie, perhaps they are an expert in a particular skill set or an excellent communicator, a team player or a natural leader, a creative or logical thinker. Perhaps they have yet to fully evaluate their strengths. Through a series of interactive games, individuals will:

  • Identify different aspects to self-doubt

  • Explore their strengths in communication, leadership, and creativity

  • Understand how to lean into their strengths and turn them into superpowers.

We suggest 30-40 individuals per workshop for maximum effect, other workshop sizes are available subject to discussion.

"As part of Women’s Month, Flex wanted to hold an event off site for our females employees which focussed on improving confidence and communication skills. GC were able to design and deliver an innovative programme for us which was tailored to our audience and specifications. We received great feedback from our delegates, who appreciated the opportunity for some time away from their job to develop themselves professionally and personally. I would highly recommend Maggie and GC as a provider of corporate workshops and thank them for partnering with us."
